Streets or LH for finding a VPX?

I’ve been pretty unlucky this wipe with tech loot. I’m lvl 39 and only found 2 gpus, 0 Virtex, 0 Aesa, 0 Vpx. Currently I really need the vpx for Import.
Would you run streets or LH for it? And where on LH would I have the best chances? Tech loots spawns in the rogue buildings or in the cottages?
