The following film is designed to ease the minds of males about to report. Demonstrated is what one may expect to experience on their day of examination. This video is of a real State Exam, showing real State personnel. We will be following Jimmy, a real patient fulfilling his civic duty. My voice will provide narration. Let's begin, shall we?

Now, our nude patient steps onto the scale to be weighed. No need to cover yourself, Jimmy; Nurse has seen it all. The woman enters her findings into the system as she goes, using a handy tablet. Next, the patient's height is read, and the male is found to be within normal range. Directed to the examination table, Jimmy climbs up. Temperature, blood pressure, pulse–all vitals are now checked. So far, so good.

Jimmy may look confused, as the Nurse pulls out the stirrups from the table. These are only for female exams, right? Not so, Jimmy. The boy lifts his legs and places his heels into the cups as directed. He's then asked to lie back. It may seem awkward, but this is a routine part of the State Examination. Nurse asks the patient to scoot his bottom toward the edge of the table. There we go. Now you're ready, Jimmy.

A knock on the door, and the doctor enters–a pretty lady, come to conduct the rest of Jimmy's physical. After a polite hello, Doctor dons her gloves while Nurse retrieves a rubbery ring. This, Nurse stretches, before carefully placing under the boy's scrotum. Pulled up and over his penis, and the ring is left to comfortably hug the male's privates.

The tension around his genitals soon has Jimmy growing. Don't worry, there's nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, it's necessary for an accurate assessment. Per instructions, Jimmy has abstained from sexual activity for two weeks prior to his exam.

Doctor now gives the male a once-over. Open up and say ahh, Jimmy. There we go. She makes her way down his body, pushing in on his tummy, examining his skin, and feeling about. Any abnormalities are noted. Standing between his legs, Doctor takes a look at his feet in the stirrups. Separating the toes, she looks for any signs of needle marks. All clear!

Doctor is ready to examine the young man's bottom. Squirting a dollop of gel on one finger, she touches his anus. It's okay, Jimmy. You're in good hands.
