I feel like on some days it's easy for me to drop and completely immerse myself in the experience. However, on other days, I find it difficult to keep my eyes fully shut. I find my eye lids twitching and letting in the light slipping through my blinds. It's as if my eyes won't fully close. The result is that I can't go any deeper because I'm constantly distracted by the light in my vision.
I'd appreciate any advice on how to let my eyes relax. I've heard about focusing on a spot with my eyes closed but I can't seem to visualise one. Also, it's difficult to focus on it and my breathing at the same time.
