Hey guys, I don't know if its just me or if others face it as well, but while I'm busy trying to run my business, I tend to use most of my day in that and neglect other stuff, mainly my fitness which i feel is essential for me. I have tried squeezing in some time for it but have not remained consistent. I even thought about maybe getting a trainer who monitors my fitness, that way I would get it done maybe since I'd be responsible and answerable to someone?
Have you guys ever faced problems like that, or still do? What did you do?
I have been running my business for almost 20 years now. I still struggle with making time for myself and my family.
And even when I take time off...my mind is still at work.
It sucks. I have recently been thinking of selling the business and go to work for someone so I can have an actual work schedule and let someone wlse worry about their business.

I appreciate it. Thank you.
Yeah...it's tuff. Being self employed has its positives but also some down sides.
I'm just tired.
