Keybind Issues

Played quite a bit of this game back on PC but have since started doing most of my gaming on PS4. I remember the keybind thing being a bitch on PC but on PS4 I can't edit Config files or anything to fix the issues.
Not trying to do anything drastic, just move yaw to left stick left and right and roll to right stick, but the game just completely ignores any attempts to rebind keys.
