Advice for quitting quickly
Post Body

As you can read from my other posts, I’ve decided to cut back from this shit medication quickly and against the advice of my doctor and pretty much everyone on Reddit. Please no judgements.

I know am having serious anxiety attacks and I’m worried it will get worse before it gets better.

Since is appears I’m strung out, will taking Venlafaxine again slowly make me feel better, or make it worse? I want to just white knuckle through this, but the anxiety makes me panic which makes the anxiety worse, etc.etc.etc.

Also, any advice on what to take to lessen these withdrawal symptoms, please.

God fuck this shit!!!!!
