I have posted about this before, but I had to bring it back up. Anytime I do a pilates workout I get so ridiculously horny that I can’t take it. I’ll be grinding on my matt trying to get any sort of friction as I workout. It just makes me lose my mind. It’s definitely caused by how much it activates the pelvic floor muscles, but you think I’d be able to make it through a full workout? Of course not.
Today I had to stop because it was so intense, after just 20 minutes I had a visible wet spot on my pants, and I am still leaking. I am just a drippy mess leaking all down my thighs. No wonder why these are my favourite workouts to do when it gets me into this state. I’ve been edging myself since my workout and I can’t stop, nor do I want to 🤩
