" Shared Education Act

(Asuming this works) This Act will force all stores to list any skill scrolls for free. This will insure all citizens have free access to education regardless of their financial situation.

On event Barter Trade where Item Bartered is any of 24 Skill Scrolls objects

or event Currency Trade where Currency is any of 323 objects where Item Traded is any of 24 Skill Scrolls objects

if absolute value of 0 is greater than 0 then Prevent. "

I dont really understand how the laws system works but my server so far has been very much wanting to keep skill scrolls free. Its also totally possible that i just suck at math and didnt understand this at all lol.
