Anyone have success with getting documentation from USPS?

Please see my last post for details. TL;DR buyer claims item not received. USPS tracking shows delivered. Didn’t add signature delivery so the only way eBay will reverse the decision is with a letter/email from USPS stating it was delivered to the exact location.

Anyone have any success with this? Tried calling the main USPS CS line and they gave me the # for the local branch. Local branch says they can see on their end it was delivered where it was supposed to but aren’t allowed to send me anything.
