1st - Sherrattinho's Boostin Dynamo

This team is stupid, how Magic Pigeon goes for 27 points makes me wonder how many mentally sane captains we have this season. With Sam I'm fairly sure they will make the strongest offense this season. On defense anybody can be decent playing next to Sherra, who despite being skilled himself, knows how to adapt to different partners and play styles, and didn't get just anybody, they got TSP who is himself a very talented and underrated defender that can get you easily over 20 returns any game.

2nd - NewCompte's Ballis St Germain

I'm gonna go controversional and rank these guys very high. They have 5 very good options to pick from to play majors and I'm not even 100% sure if NewCompte should be starting on this team. Piggeh, SIG, OE and Mike are all 2 way players that IMO, can play majors level in either position. Their best offense is possibly Mike and SIG, SIG being one of the most skilled and mechanically gifted players and Mike being one of the most experienced and intelligent attackers, it should be a good fit but OEOE could earn his spot there. Piggeh and NewCompte I'm not so sure if they will fit so well as they both have a quite aggresive game, but the talent is there. WIll be interesting to see which lineup they end up with, think they have plenty of possibilities including SIG on defence and OE on O.

3rd - Atypop's Ballern Munich

Dead Nan is a great defender despite what some people seem to think, I'd easily rank him as a top5 defender currently. DZ is another underrated defender and if they don't have attendance/lag issues I predict them to be one of the best defenses in the league. On offense it seems like they will have Heisy and imperious, which proved to be quite succesful a couple seasons ago. I'm not sure how that will translate to the current level of play, and it seems like imperious has been suffering lag/fps issues as of lately which could hurt them big time.

4th - Berlin's West Bombwich Albion

ethce is an absolute beast and Green is still a very good majors defender, we could be talking about the best defence in the league here. And they also have a, nothing shiny, but very solid offense of Berlin and 420. Can see them contending and getting to the semifinals or something like that. Solid all around team.

5th - GrammarJew's Rolling BC

You know it's hard to do these rankings when you place 5th a team with TBM and Nube. unvrs will do well next to BigMac it should be a lockdown defense most maps. However, and I'm not sure if that's correct but I heard that Dor will be moving to USA during the summer, and I'm not sure how he will do if he has even worse ping that he is used to. If Dor's ping is near to what he usually has, they will most likely be contending.

6th - TDD's KFC Winballdon

On paper this team could easily be first and they have a number of options to try out different positions and lineups. They also have 3 top tier players in Fat, TDD and Booya, with one of the best second fiddles in okthen.

However, more important than logic and talent which would place them first or second, we have to consider that they have okthens massive win record in ELTP in their favour, but it's going against catastrophic TDD's experience being a captain. So I expect them to end up mid of the table somehow.

7th - Hypo's Taggenham and Rektbridge

I think Coma has the potential to become a very good majors defender next to Hypo if he knows how to teach him. However if he's lazy and just goes with the always good and reliable dets they'll be ok too. Nub and Strat will be one of the best offenses around, but the salt levels could end up being dangerous for the health. This team is pretty much killed by Strat being out half the season. I can see salvation in Matetricks (one of the smartest players with great game awareness) or Grizzlebear (fantastic mechanically) stepping up to majors.

8th - sisu's The Ballsheviks

Being pesimistic worked out really well for me in s6.5, so let's try that again.

Before the draft I told sisu that if he paid more than 55 for me he would have a bad team. I'm focused in other games and not as dedicated to tagpro as used to be, and already noticed a drop in my level of play. He also didn't use 22 points that now are good for nothing. However got a pretty good deal in all of failed (12), Chuck (1) and Dave (1), all of whom could easily have gone for 10 or 20 more points than they did. Sisu is himself very promising and already deserving of majors minutes. Dave's experienced and oportunistic game should go well with Chuck's aggresiveness, and they seemed to work well together in 6.5. Still, s7 is not s6.5 as the talent was more watered down there. And we are lacking some star power while other teams have 2 or 3 top tier players, so in order to win it seems that we will have to pull out a "Leicester".
