Yellow Cards not getting reset after the Quarter Finals like in Real Life

I played some Player Career and got my third Yellow card in the Second Leg of the Semi-Finals in the Champions League and wasn´t able to play the Final because of this. In RL the Yellow cards are getting reset after the Quarter Finals to prevent players being suspended in the Finals. Just wanted to report this ^^
