Naturia Strawberry explanation?

Not sure if I understand the effects of this card correctly. Basically, when this card is on the field, face-up, anytime the opponent summons or special summons a monster, the strawberry should get a bonus to it's attack until the end phase.
But, as soon as the opponent enters battle phase, the card losses it's attack bonus. And I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen... So, am I misreading the effects of the card or is the card bugged?
