Should I try DMT?

Hi all! a bit of background - I have tried MDMA a couple of times and it was good experience. Acid I’ve tried once and I got into a mad/manic state about 4 hours into the trip and I calmed down only after I realized that my brain could not take that anymore. Anyways I want to try DMT, mainly because of its perception shattering experience and also the fact that it lasts for a shorter time. Should I do it? Do you have any trip experiences you want to share?
