My itching went from my skin to just my balls when I get off oxy, and why?

So me M(22) was curious why in the world did my itching go to my balls all of a sudden. I do oxy every day around two or three pills but here recently it’s making my nuts itch instead of my stomach or my arms. Just curious why this is now cause never had it happen before.
