Once in a while oxy tolerance help?

Every week or so sometimes one or twice I’ll take some oxy. Was getting good affects at 15mg now it’s at like 20ish. I would think taking them not everyday would build a tolerance but it has. Any advice?
DXM I heard helps? Also, not been taking Kratom on dose days as well.
