Does kratom block potency of Oxy?

If I were to have taken a high dose of Kratom and then say 2 hours later take 30mg Oxy rapid release, would the effect of the Oxy be lower deu to already having the u-opioid agonist from Kratom present?
Or does it potentiate it, or no difference?
Also, does drinking grapefruit juice really increase effect/potency, if so how much ml(or oz)would be good amount?
