hppd and dxm trip and past use

i have mild hppd from binging a couple months ago lsd, shrooms,mdma (haven’t done one phyc in months)and i did 300 mg dxm freebase trip cuz i thought it would be fine but made it 100x times worse from hppd. i tripped for alsmost 24 hours with hella rainbow static, heart pounding and ego death. i took 20 mg valuim and it went away to just mild hppd thank god for benzos. can i still smoke ? it doesent make it that mad i dont mind the visuals
