I am in a big Depression right now. I don‘t know why it came so strong again. I suffer from depression for almost 10 years (since I was 15) plus social anxiety. I have tried over 15 meds and 3 therapies and am still under pdoc supervision. I‘m recently treated with pregabalin. I came back home just recently after traveling ling for 2-3 months and as soon as I arrived home and slept a first night I straight hit rock bottom again and suddenly Pregabalin doesn‘t help anymore. Suffering so much not able to get out of bed or move much for almost a week now I got myself some beers and drank just to feel anything. Still not helping after a bit of first symptom reduction. I will call my doc tomorrow for sure but appointments need time. Will I be okay taking Phenibut as I really wanna get out of this mess and try if Phenibut helps me now as I need to get out of bed and be motivated again to continue my real life. I didn‘t take Phenibut for many months.
