Took Ecstasy two days ago, still have no appetite

Took some tablets 3 days in a row, the last roll being two days ago. I wasn't able to sleep at all the whole time I was doing it, even after 12 hours after my dose. Now I've slept, but I have absolutely no appetite. I surprisingly feel emotionally fine, I was worried I'd be having a rough comedown. So it sounds like what I had wasn't actually MDMA. But I don't think it was amphetamine either? I'm a heavy amphetamine addict (prescription amps) and this feels abnormal to what I'm used to with that. I've never done meth before, could it be that?
