(Yes, it's that same famous issue from about a year ago.)

In short:

0) Own a CUSA 00002 physical DriveClub copy

1) Got all the free DLCs via U.S. PSN account

2) Before wanting to purchase the Horsepower expansion pack decided to give the free DLCs a spin

3) Open DriveClub to find the free cars are missing

4) Launch in-game Add On store to be told "Content Not Available At This Time"

5) Get pissed

6) Scour the web for advice

7) Find none

8) End up here

Some extra information:

A) When I logged in with my Indian PSN account and launched the in-game Add Ons store it had a section exclusively for Cars and for Liveries whereas when launching DriveClub with USA PSN account this is not the case! Wtf?

B) My PS4 was bought in India (TLOU DriveClub Bundle) and is probably a USA model given that the game's region is CUSA

C) Has anyone figured this out? What does one do? And how is Sony/Evolution Studios okay with such a terrible system of service to the customer? Don't they want to make it easy for us to buy stuff?!
