I’m from the cayman islands and here in the Caribbean dreams are seen as the interpretation of the future by some people. Dreams are also used in gambling to place number bets. I’ve compiled a list of dream meanings that I know. As you will soon tell, the meaning of dreams are often reversed from when the dream entails. Therefore a positive dream = a negative meaning.

A naked man: death of a woman that you know or is know by family or within the community.

A naked woman: death of a man that you know or is know by family or within the community.

Crying: celebration or prosperity.

Marriage: death or loss of love.

Celebrations/wedding/ party: serious loss or death.

Pregnancy when not pregnant or expecting: serious loss financially or emotionally.
