Has anyone found a Moana fix post update?

Let me start by saying I'm really happy with the update in general. It loaded quickly, only one crash, and it fixed Elsa for me (thus allowing me to progress with her and Anna).
One of the bug fixes on the patch list had to do with the honored place, but even after the update, it still won't let me celebrate with Moana. I've tried moving it multiple times around my house, and it's as close to my house as I can get it.
Is there a known fix for this?
