I've been trying for about an hour now to play this game. By all accounts I should be able to get over 60FPS at 4k with my rig.

That has not been the experience. The game constantly stutters multiple times a minute, no matter what resolution I set it to and what graphics options I choose.

Not only that, my controller is not recognized by the game and does not do anything AND THE GAME REFUSES TO ALLOW ME TO FIRE MY RANGED WEAPON OR DODGE!

Not my key bindings. I've changed the bindings for both and hip fire, but the game just flat out refuses to do anything with them no matter what I set them to.

I change my W key to dodge? It stops working and doesn't dodge. I return W to walking? Works fine.

What the hell is going on? Has anyone else run into these issues?

Edit: Okay so I've solved the stutters. I turned off Triple buffering and they're gone. Running at 90 FPS on Ultra without any stuttering now.

Controller still doesn't work not does dodge/hip fire.
