compendium draw

hi guys, I had some problems when I buy the compendium and in the end I ended up buying 2.
I was wondering if it is possible (if the rules allow here) make a draw of the compendium I'm not going to use.
What I was thinking was to charge 1 CP (25) for each number, unlimited numbers per player.
so people with little money to buy will be able to have the chance to have and I would have something useful in the end.
i like to know what you think about this too :D
