What the f*ck are we supposed to do with these?!?

Okay, so I've been working for Dollar Tree for officially a year this month, (yay!!!), and we got these weird plastic Crystal Clear balloons. I think you're supposed to fill them up with a balloon pump, but they're on the helium balloon sheet and we don't even have a place to put them. What the hell do you guys do with them? How do y'all blow them up?

I don’t mind them and I like them. Haven’t had much difficulty with them as well only one has popped on my which wasn’t even very loud
