My store is kinda split up into a day crew and night crew due to availability and when people like to work. Every night I find things in the wrong spots, overstock getting put on the shelf where different items go, things on the skyshelf that weren’t there the night before yet the home for the item is empty meaning someone just didn’t want to look for it. My job is to clean up after customers not put rotainers worth of product into the correct places because the day crew doesn’t want to do it right preventing me from doing other more productive things. So tonight, I took everything in the wrong spots, all the overstock on the shelves, the things on the skyshelf that people were just took lazy to look for the home, and threw it all into a cart and left a note saying “this is all overstock or put in the wrong spot, overstock goes on the skyshelf and everything has a home please stop making the night crews job harder thanks.” So am I the asshole? This has been going on for weeks btw
