So far I am at level 5 Barbarian, took slasher at level 4, and obviously took bear totem warrior.
The weird part about my build is our DM let us take feats at level 1 that weren't too OP, so I took tavern brawler, so I want to get a slash attack in with my handaxe, then punch and grapple with my second attack.
My main weapon is a greataxe though for the damage, and my stats so far are Str 16, Dex 14, Con 18, Int 8, Wis 12 and Cha 10.
From here I was thinking of taking 4 levels in fighter and taking Great weapon master and the superior technique fighting style, and being a battle master as hitting things as a barb is getting a bit old. For my maneuvers I want to take menacing attack, trip attack, precision attack, and one not so optimal option by taking commanding presence. Then I want to take one level in rogue and gain intimidation proficiency and expertise in perception (our DM loves to ask for our passive perception) or athletics.
Here is where I come a bit unstuck, do I take another 7 levels in fighter first for the extra attack, or do I only take another 4 fighter levels for the maneuvers and ASI then go back to barb for more rages, then back to fighter?
Also I have decided on goading attack, bait and switch, and quick toss as my other maneuvers, what should my final maneuver be?
