A big abberation sea monster for 3rd level players!

Need some help doing the homebrew for a sea monster. I was thinking 10 -20 tentacles (thicker if there are fewer) either 2 of which or many of which have eyes on the ends the rest have stinging suction cups or mouths or both.

The idea was something that would stick to the botom of a ship with a big suction cup mouth like a lamprey, eat its crew and steer it to its next victim.

This might be a younger version of a bigger creature. Dont have a name, rules, or stats for it yet. Just some ideas in my head.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
