So i am looking for a very hard to find monster. I cant for the life of me find stats for it.

Some key things i remember about it.

• its call a verasghoul
  • pernounced var - az - ghoul/ vore - as - ghoul/ vore-ah-ghoul, something like that
• it has this realy cool ability called agresive juxtaposition
  • agresive juxtaposition - when ever the verasghoul is subject to an attack it can switch places with a creature with 30 ft or something like that
• it has the ability to make layer in the astral plane
• it has a web attack that can stop teleportation magics
• it looks like a 8 legged fly
• it hunts by hyjacking portal and redirects them to its layer
• it lives in the astral
