I love how dnd is built and the inmensity of resources and optios it gives to you, but there is one rule that I dont really enjoy, the d20 you throw when attaking. Its kind of too random to my liking, I would very much prefer if the armor would nullify the damage as in videogames, or some kind of tweak like that. Also i feel like how it is, seems a little unrealistic the way you can just miss or hit because yes. And also there is the everyone is suddenly dead situation, but I guess sometimes is fun to have high stakes. Whatever, the thing is, someone knows about some homebrew rules or maybe another ttrpg in the likes of dnd that works line this. I wrote too much, sorry, and thank you. :D
