Good day. I'm looking at possibly purchasing a vevor stove top distiller from Amazon, to make small quantities of alcohol for personal use and experimentation. Not for sale or distribution. What I'm looking for is some information on some simple mash recipes, for a simple corn liquor. What do I need to get started? What's the process for making a mash and how long does it need to ferment? Once I'd have some experience under my belt, then maybe I'd start playing with fruit in the mix, or other grains. We do have beer and wine making stores in our area if that's a help to get supplies. Thanks.
