Howdy there. So, this happened during the summer of 2022 when my family and I (21M at the time) were checking out houses to buy in this new town we recently moved to. We toured a few houses every once awhile and met different people showing them to us, nothing too memorable. But there is this one tour that I certainly remember. This realtor showing my parents and I the house was a really attractive, sexy older Latina woman who was probably in her late 30s to early 40s. I noticed throughout the house tour that she was looking at me a ton, asking me questions, laughed at a small joke or two I said, and seemed pretty interested in me. There seemed to be a small amount of tension between us, but that’s how I perceived it since she was giving me a lot more attention than to my parents. I was starting to feel slightly awkward especially since my parents were right there too lol.

After we left I definitely thought about the whole encounter for a bit. If the circumstances were slightly different, or if there was a good moment with just me and her, maybe I’d have actually considered getting her number or something. For some context I’ve always been attracted to older women and would love to lose my virginity to a mature woman some day. This has helped cement that. Not too crazy of a story but it’s something that is nice to remember.

*Sharing an update since I got a few people asking me to try to figure out her company to contact her. I did casually and subtlety ask my parents if they remembered anything from that tour and they don’t. To add on to that, it was almost 2 years ago and I think it might be a bit strange/awkward to hit her up out of nowhere. But here’s to hoping next time I find another mature woman into me like that, I’ll go for it lol.
