Considering buying a 7.3 powerstroke with higher miles, thoughts?

Post Body

I am looking at buying a 2002 7.3L PSD with 280K miles, they will let it go for $4,000. The transmission was rebuilt at 237k, new readiator with aftermarket transmission cooler, 66m turbo, 4 inch turbo back, new wheel bearings and brakes all around.

The only cons the seller has disclosed is the oil pump needs a new seal, and the tires need to be replaced. Let me know what you guys think and what I should be looking for when looking at a 7.3L.

For context I owned a 2006 6.0 for 2 years and fought tooth and nail with it, I don't want to do that again.
