I am struggling with survivability and cool downs with this build. What percent cool down do I need to keep epiphany active? I also don't notice the zodiac ring working but I wonder if it's because of the low torment (T13 is the best I can do without dying every second) and GRs I'm running. Basically I don't think I'm not spamming enough Wave of Light to get extra cool down. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.
Note:(I need a unity for follower and maybe stone gauntlets to complete the build).
