Negative Sniper Reticle

Is it possible to have the reticle in snipers switched to a negative of whatever colour they are currently on? I understand that on pc it is possible to change the reticle colour, but on console we have no option of that. The reticle completely disappears on some backgrounds. If it were possible for the reticle to become a negative, this would never happen
