LOST ITEMS DURING ITEM TRANSFER ON APP

SOLVEDGuys I was transferring my bad reputation and my sleeper to my hunter via warlock and it said transfer failed. Went back to try to redo the transfer and they said item not found!! I closed the app and restarted it on both my console and phone yet they are no where to be found!! Has this happened to anyone before? Does anyone know a way to get items back in this particular situation? Pls help
