Victim Blaming & the trial

Something that has been really bothering me is how no one (besides a lot of us) have pointed out the victim blaming from his lawyer. The trial was a wake up call for me of how people feel about survivors. It shows that we really haven’t progressed at all. So many people feel that there was nothing wrong with the questions that were asked. This hurts victims of all genders. I wish more journalists would specifically write about this.
