Something about the movement is not right. You have lean option which is feature of a Hardcore game. You have a bit slower movement, which is also for HC games. And then you have maps that are not designed for that kind of HC gameplay.
Current state of movement mechanics are most suitable fore close quarters battles. That's the reason why you will usually see, in the matches with balanced teams, that rounds ends in the first sectors which are the most opened on both maps. It is very hard with current movement mechanics to progress trough areas with less cover.
Parts of maps that are open ether needs more covers or wider flanking options. Currently one vehicle can cover half of the available sector space, add to that few snipers, and attacking team simple cant advance further.
