Good morning! My husband was offered a job in New Castle DE. We are currently in Florida and not familiar with much of the area there. We do have some family in Georgetown- - my question is where is a good spot to start our home search? Near New Castle (obv), good school district, and prefer a real community feel. Bonus if housing isn’t cookie cutter type (we like space and land 😉).

As a former Floridian, it was weird having an actual winter lol
