On the early morning of August 4, 2022, Mr_Pika64 was pearled by our ally yodabird19 and handed off to Danzilonan authorities for crimes committed against our citizens, specifically Truetania. With no additional charges coming forward since then, I am prepared to level them against Pika.

Mr_Pika64 is formally charged with the following:

• 1 count of breaking and entering

• 1 count of theft

• At least 4 counts of property damage (Some of True's villagers and sheep were murdered and wool dicks were left adorned on her house)

• 1 count of harassment of a Danzilonan citizen

Pika's crimes were relatively mild with what we've seen so far. They remain a low risk of danger however have a high chance of recidivism given their lack of remorse for their crimes.

With these given charges, it is my opinion that the following be his sentence:

• 1 week pearled, with time served.

• A 3 month ban from entering the territory of the FDR with a sunset provision that allows for renewal once those initial 3 months are up, if needed.

• Pika will not be given back any items seized from him during his pearling.
