It has now been 2 days since aSmellyBird has been pearled and people have been able to post their claims against them. I've taken those claims and charges into consideration, and will now post what I believe is a proper sentence here for people to vote on. If the majority vote in favour, it will go through, but if a majority vote nay, there will be a retrial. If you do vote nay, please also include what you would recommend as an alternative sentence.

aSmellyBird is formally charged with the following:

• 1 count of murder of a Danzilonan citizen (Red_Steel)

• 1 count of theft (inventory of the player he murdered)

• 4 counts of breaking and entering

• 2 counts of robbery (True's chests and a chest from MtA)

With these given charges, it is my opinion that the following be his sentence:

• On the advice of the Sheriff and evidence given to me by True, it is my belief that there is a possibility that aSmellyBird was using x-ray hacks to facilitate his crimes and cover them up by finding and breaking snitches he would not have been able to find otherwise. The level of knowledge and equipment that aSmellyBird held also led many to believe that he could be an alt of another more experienced player illegally on a VPN. This evidence has been submitted to the admins, so it is my opinion that aSmellyBird be pearled indefinitely until they are cleared to play by the admins.

• If aSmellyBird is cleared to play, they will be required to collect reparations found within the charges levelled against them. This includes gathering 4 stacks of iron ingots, or their equivalent value in nether materials, as a condition for their release. Such reps may be negotiable with the individuals who requested them, found within the original claims thread on r/CivMC.

• In addition to gathering their reps, they are also sentenced to 6 weeks pearled. If they are able to gather their reps before those 6 weeks are up, their sentence shall be shortened to 4 weeks, with time served.
