ITG Dedicab Restore Episode 5: The Cabinet Strikes Back

I know you guys know the situation, but you guys were incredibly helpful last time, so I'm reaching out again.
I'll make it quick: Older Computer in the machine, (Dell Dimension), Windows XP running oITG beta 2. oITG will only read the right sensor on all arrows on both pads. I've tried re-installing the driver. I've tried following a guide on installing oITG or SM5 on linux, but mostly all of them are outdated. Everything else works. ITG reads the PIUIO, just not all of the sensors. What could it be?
