Just Got My First Insert and Cover...
Post Body

So yesterday (Monday, Feb. 12) I finally received my A&J DHR6000 and a plain white 160cm x 50cm cover from Cuddly Octopus in the mail. I opened up the packaging for the pillow and it immediately decompressed and inflated in a second or two. I fluffed it for about 5 minutes and then let it sit 7-8 hours before trying to put on the cover. I finished putting on the cover a little bit ago and I'm not too happy with the experience.

It literally took me at 30-40 minutes to fit what's supposed to be a 160cm x 50cm cover onto a 160cm x 50cm pillow. I heard a few tiny rip sounds while trying to put on the cover, but I couldn't find any rips and I always immediately stopped what I was doing whenever I heard those sounds and checked the cover where I heard the sounds. I was never told to expect anything so hellish when putting the cover on. I've barely managed to get to cover on and there's a few inches of empty/unneeded cover space on the opposite end of the cover from the zipper. I also can't seem to get the pillow to shift down to the other end of the cover to fill in the empty space (I'd rather have the empty part be by the zipper on the "bottom").

On the bright side, I love the pillow and the cover is soft and comfortable. Unless I received a smaller cover on accident, they need to 1) make the cover width wider (with the zipper length increased to match) so that the pillow can actually fit through and slide in easier and 2) make the length of the cover smaller (at least 3-4 inches of empty/unneeded space).

TL;DR: Great pillow, bad experience with the cover.
