Immersion Heaters switch fuse

Hello!
My second immersion heater element is not heating up. Upon inspection I see that the light on the switch connected to it is not turning on (see pic). I suspect I might just need to change the fuse on the switch with a 13A fuse, can anybody help on how to do this? Is the fuse inside the switch?
