LOL. We've heard this plenty of times. It's a testimony to staying fit. We've known plenty of lifestyle people younger than us who've given things up because of health issues. I preach it: if you want to still be ninja fucking into your old age, stay fit!
Of course, even staying fit may not have you looking like my female half at her age.
