Always loading if I'm on wifi

So I'm at a loss and really hope someone else here has had similar problems and found a solution.
I have a Samsung phone, but if I keep it on wifi my game doesn't load until I turn it off. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Other mobile games I have are experiencing the same problem, and I'm scouring the web for ideas. Hoping maybe someone else could have the solution here.
