Can someone help me make a team please?

I found my old account and want to get back into it. I’m only on part 7 of story and wanna save up until anniversary comes out. I used to play God Ki and Regeneration team A LOT back in year 1/2. Haven’t played properly since. Can someone help me build a few teams just to play with for story and pvp (I know pvp would be hard with my units but mainly for fun)
