I just discovered this subreddit.

I guess the title is self explanatory, I want to hear what Symdeko is doing for others. My family has really high hopes for it and it's next development. I'm very glad to hear about it and to be put on it but, it may be that I'm just... Completely oblivious, but I can't really notice/describe changes.

On top of that. I recently turned 18, and of course I had to file a transitory reclaim to my disability status. The agent overseeing my claim, to collect evidence for my disability sent me to a - chiropractor and a psychologist? What? The last time the disability folk called upon me for evidence they sent me to do a lung test. Anyway, they declined my claim and if I don't win the appeal, I mean, I guess I'm fucked, health insurance and ergo health wise. I called a lawyer on this matter as soon as possible when I got the news and submitted the form for the appeal about two days ago, and have a meeting with this lawyer this coming Friday. It made me livid and honestly, this is embarrassing to say outright, terrified, over the healthcare implications. I don't really care about any benefits besides the healthcare, which, I reckon I'll have to apply for medicare when I'm 19 when my medicaid runs out right?

Anybody have any experience with any of this? Sharing any would be much appreciated.
