What exchanges are best to buy crypto with low market caps?

I’m really interested in investing into coins with low market caps, but don’t know the best exchanges to use. I currently use Coinbase and Crypto.com, but both exchanges mostly list the more popular crypto options. Is there an exchange that’s reliable and has coins that are a fraction of a penny or even a few cents?
