Game keeps crashing at the loading graphics screen

So my copy of the game keeps crashing at the loading graphics screen. I have updated my drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted saves, verified the integrity of the game files, and completely restarted steam and my computer. But I still have the problem, is there something I'm not doing that I need to do?
